Terms
These concise terms describe the exhibition site as it exists today.
Use of the site
You may use the public site to watch and replay FlyRace exhibitions and inspect published race provenance. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or misrepresent site data.
Exhibition status
Current races are financial-free exhibitions. They accept no wagers and create no prize, token or payment rights.
Availability and public data
Service may be interrupted, delayed or unavailable. Public race, commitment, reveal and replay data may remain available for transparency, debugging and entertainment.
Tokens and third parties
FLYRACE is live on StonkFun in its Reward Token model. Third-party token and platform features are provided for information. FlyRace does not guarantee token value, reward amounts, platform availability or third-party performance. Future STONK wagering remains disabled.
Future features
Future live-wagering economics are approved as 90% players, 5% FlyRace-controlled FLYRACE market buyback followed by actual Token-2022 burn, and 5% progressive STONK FlyPot jackpots, with 0% direct project/operations race rake. StonkFun's external buyback/burn flywheel is separate and not guaranteed. These features are not active in the current exhibition service and may be delayed or never activate.
No additional warranties
The site and exhibitions are provided as available. FlyRace makes no promise of uninterrupted operation, future token value, reward amount, race availability or functionality beyond what is actually provided.
